Delete your account and data

Clatter, by Eibo Games · Last updated 20 September 2026

This page covers Clatter, published by Eibo Games on Google Play.

You can erase what is on your device yourself in a few seconds. To delete the account behind your cloud save, or anything held by our providers, send us one email and we will do it.

Delete your account and cloud save

If you signed in with Google Play Games, Clatter created an account with Unity Gaming Services that holds your save and your leaderboard entry. To have it deleted:

Step 1. Email hello@eibogames.com with the subject line Delete my Clatter account.

Step 2. Include the display name shown on your Profile screen in the game, so we can find the right account.

Step 3. Send it from any address you like. We reply to confirm, and write again once it is done.

We acknowledge every request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

What gets deleted, and what is kept

DataWhat happens
Your cloud save — level, stars, score, bolts, rewinds, hints, streak, settings and cosmetics you own Deleted within 30 days, with no backup kept
Your account identifier with Unity Gaming Services Deleted within 30 days
Your leaderboard entries and display name Deleted within 30 days
Analytics records about your installation Deleted on request, and in any case aged out automatically after 14 months
Advertising records held by the ad network Reset when you reset your advertising ID; the network then ages out the old records under its own policy, generally within 13 months
Your purchase history with Google Play Kept by Google, not by us. We never hold payment details. Google keeps transaction records for its own tax and accounting obligations, which we cannot override
Support emails you have sent us Deleted on request, otherwise kept up to 12 months after your question is resolved

Deleting your account does not refund purchases and does not carry items to a new account. If you sign in again afterwards, you start from the beginning.

Delete some data without closing your account

If you only want part of it gone — your leaderboard entry, your display name, or the analytics records about your device — say so through the feedback form or by email, and tell us which. Your account and save stay as they are.

Erase what is on your device

Your progress is also stored on the phone itself. Either of these removes it immediately and permanently:

If you never signed in, that is the whole of it: nothing was ever sent to us, so there is nothing else to delete. Be sure before you do it, because it cannot be undone.

Reset your advertising identifier

This breaks the link between your device and past advertising records, and you can do it without contacting anyone: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you can also withdraw consent for personalised advertising by reopening the consent screen from the game's Settings, under "Ads preferences".
