Terms of Service — Pandu

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Eibo Games ("we", "our", "us") governing your use of Pandu (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for players aged 13 or over. By using it you confirm you are at least 13, or that you are old enough to form a binding contract where you live and have a parent or guardian's permission if required.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the age of digital consent is set by each country and is between 13 and 16. If you are under that age where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf and makes the privacy choices described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. What You May Not Do

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
• Modify it, or create derivative works from it
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice
• Use cheats, automation, modified clients or exploits, or interfere with advertising or purchase flows
• Use the App in any way that breaks applicable law

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. It shows ads between and around gameplay, and offers optional rewarded video: you may choose to watch an ad in exchange for in-game help such as extra hints. Watching is always your choice, and declining never blocks progress.

Ads are delivered by third-party networks through a mediation service. We do not create the ads and do not control their content, and the appearance of an ad is not an endorsement by us. Concerns about a specific ad can be sent to our support address and we will pass them to the relevant network.

Where required by law, the App asks for your consent to personalised advertising before showing it, and you can change that choice at any time in the in-game settings. See the Privacy Policy for what advertising partners collect.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional purchases, which may include removing advertisements and buying in-game items such as hints. All purchases are processed by Google Play under its own terms; we do not receive or store your payment details.

Prices are shown in the App before you confirm and may change over time. Purchases are licences to use digital content within the App, not transfers of ownership, and they have no monetary value outside the App.

6. Virtual Items

In-game items, whether purchased or earned, are licensed to you for use inside the App only. They cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for money, or redeemed for anything of value outside the App. We may change, rebalance or discontinue any item, and we may reset or remove items obtained through error, fraud or exploitation.

7. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. If something you bought did not arrive, contact us at the address in section 15 with your Google Play order number and we will help resolve it.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason. Because the content you buy in Pandu is delivered into the game immediately, you are asked to agree to that immediate delivery at the moment of purchase, and by doing so you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. Where delivery has not begun, or where the fourteen days have not run out on content you have not used, contact us at the address in section 15 and we will arrange the refund with Google Play.

8. Game Progress

Progress is stored locally on your device. There is no account and no cloud save, and we hold no copy of it. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, losing your device or moving to a new device will erase your progress permanently, including items obtained through purchases, and we cannot restore it.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, artwork, characters, puzzles, text, sound and design, belongs to Eibo Games and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These Terms license the App to you; they transfer no ownership.

10. Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

11. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the App is being used fraudulently or unlawfully. You may end the licence at any time by uninstalling the App. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of purchases already made, except where required by law.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eibo Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of data, progress or purchased items, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us through the App in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

15. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes take effect for versions of the App released afterwards. Continuing to use the App means you accept the revised Terms.
