I lost my game progress

Game data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will erase progress. We're working on cloud save for a future update.

I didn't receive my purchase

Try restarting the app. If items still don't appear, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll resolve it.

How do I request a refund?

In-app purchase refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Visit their help pages to submit a refund request.
