Eibo Games ("we", "our", "us") operates mobile applications including Hue Rush (collectively, the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Automatically collected information: When you use our Apps, the following data may be collected automatically by our third-party service providers:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable tracking for our app

5. Data Storage

Game progress is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers. Crash reports and analytics data are processed by Firebase and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are designed to be enjoyed by a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Our Apps comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained by our third-party providers according to their standard retention policies (typically 14 months for Firebase Analytics). Local game data persists until you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Request data portability
